Do dogs have belly buttons?

They sure do! Give your dog a belly rub and have a good look. When puppies are growing inside their mother, they receive nutrients and oxygen through an umbilical cord. The belly button, or navel, is where the umbilical cord attaches to the puppy. Once the puppy is born, the mother bites off the cord.

All mammals, even whales and elephants, have belly buttons. Now, the real question is, do knowms have belly buttons? What do you think?
